How DeepHealth AI and DeepScience Tech handle personal, patient and enquiry data.
Last updated: September 2026
This policy explains how DeepScience Tech Pvt Ltd ("we") handles information in connection with the DeepHealth AI platform and this website. Questions go to info@deepsciencetech.com or +91 9000 999 505.
Patient data belongs to the hospital
Clinical and personal data entered into DeepHealth AI is owned and controlled by the hospital, clinic or laboratory that collected it. We process it only to run the service under the agreement signed with that organisation. We do not sell it, share it with advertisers, or reuse it for any other customer.
Where the data sits
- On-premise deployments: data stays on hardware inside your building and does not leave it.
- Cloud deployments: data sits in Indian data centres on AWS or Oracle Cloud, managed by our infrastructure team.
- Each organisation's records are isolated at the database level. Larger hospitals and groups can be given a dedicated schema or a dedicated database.
Access and logging
Access is role-based, so reception, nursing, laboratory, pharmacy, billing and management each see only what their role requires. Every read and every change is logged with the user, the time and the record touched. Those logs are searchable and exportable for internal audit and for NABH.
Website enquiries
The contact and demo forms on this website do not store anything on our servers. They open your own email application with the enquiry filled in, and the message reaches info@deepsciencetech.com only when you send it. We use what you tell us to respond to your enquiry and nothing else.
Third parties
Where you ask us to connect DeepHealth AI to another service (a payment gateway, a WhatsApp Business account, a TPA portal, ABDM, an accounting package), data passes to that service only as needed for the integration you requested and under that provider's own terms.
Retention and deletion
Clinical records are retained as long as the hospital requires them and as medical record rules demand. On the end of an agreement, we return or delete data as the contract specifies. You may ask us at any time what we hold on your behalf.
Your rights
If you are a patient, your rights sit with the hospital that treated you; ask them and they can act inside the system. If you are a customer or an enquirer, write to us and we will correct or delete your details.
This page is a summary written in plain language. Where an agreement is in place, that agreement governs the detail.
